Overview
The Senior Inventory Analyst for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, financial integrity, and reconciliation processes across the enterprise. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Inventory Control within Finance, this role partners closely with Distribution & Logistics, Accounting, and Finance teams to analyze inventory activity, perform system sync reconciliations, and identify risks and opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing large datasets, and working with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Support inventory subledger accounting through the monitoring, reconciliation, and analysis of inventory transactions across the ERP, warehouse systems, and external partner platforms
  • Gather, transform, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights to business partners
  • Analyze inventory variances to identify root causes, assess financial impacts, and support resolution efforts
  • Partner with Distribution & Logistics, Finance, and Accounting teams to support inventory visibility and financial accuracy
  • Establish inventory policies, processes & best practices
  • Develop and maintain inventory process documentation
  • Support SOX controls, audit requests, and quarter-end activities related to inventory processes and balances
  • Support special projects and occasional travel as needed

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • BS or BA in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, analytics, inventory control, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience gathering, transforming, and analyzing large datasets from ERP, warehouse, financial, and digital platforms to drive business insights.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and inventory control documentation
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly across cross-functional teams
