- Technology & back office outsourcing service provider to the healthcare sector
- Europe-based, global presence
- Small but growing presence in the US
- US operations based in Kansas, recent acquisition in California
Role description
- Head accountant / business controller based in Kansas City, KS
- 6 month interim manager who will then either 1) stay on permanently, or 2) help recruit for a permanent replacement
- Preferably multi-site, international (US-Europe) experience but not essential
- Hands on, not too high-level, potential to quickly move into a more senior role
- Managing a team of 1 senior accountant in KC, 5 accountants in Wichita, 1 accountant working from home
- Start ASAP

- Bring leadership to the Kansas based teams (KC and Wichita)
- Drive a set of actions to bring the business to profitability
