Role:

The PE Interim Management Partner will drive value creation across portfolios by shaping and delivering high-impact transformation and turnaround programs. This role focuses heavily on Interim Management, placing seasoned executives into underperforming portfolio companies to stabilize operations, restore performance discipline, and accelerate EBITDA and cash improvement. The Partner works to diagnose root-cause issues, implement rapid operational and organizational fixes, and guide companies through the critical phases of turnaround, profitability restoration, and exit readiness. They cultivate trusted relationships with deal teams and C-suite leaders, orchestrate multidisciplinary EFESO teams, and ensure measurable, sustainable results that enhance enterprise value. As a key contributor to EFESOโ€™s global leadership community, the Partner also advances thought leadership, develops the PE practice, and mentors emerging talent across the firm.

Practice Leadership

  • Build and scale EFESOโ€™s Interim Management Practice across North America
  • Establish market presence and practice growth strategy
  • Develop a high-performing network of interim operational executives

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Generate and manage a minimum of $4M annual revenue
  • Develop relationships with private equity firms, operating partners, portfolio company leadership teams, and industrial clients
  • Drive new business opportunities and recurring client engagements
  • Expand EFESOโ€™s market presence within operational transformation and turnaround environments

Interim Executive Deployment

  • Lead rapid deployment of interim executives into operational transformation, turnaround, integration, and stabilization situations
  • Assess leadership and operational gaps within client organizations
  • Match executives to client operational and strategic needs
  • Ensure measurable operational impact and execution accountability

Operational Transformation & Private Equity Support

Education:

Experience:

  • 15+ years of executive people leadership, consulting, operational transformation, turnaround, or restructuring experience
  • Strong manufacturing and industrial operations background

  • Existing private equity and executive relationship network
  • Deep expertise in private equity portfolio operations
  • Experience with operational turnarounds and transformations
  • Must have previous Interim Management practice experience.

Work Environment:

Compensation: The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At EFESO, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $200,000-$280,000.
