Hybrid Intake Registered Nurse (RN)
Manhattan, New York

We re hiring a Hybrid Intake Registered Nurse in Manhattan, New York who wants strong work-life balance while playing a key role coordinating patient admissions and building referral relationships.

You ll step into an intake-focused nursing role responsible for reviewing referrals, coordinating admissions, and cultivating relationships with referral sources and clinical partners. You ll manage an average caseload of 6 patients per day while collaborating with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients are placed into the appropriate level of care.

You ll practice in Manhattan, New York, one of the most dynamic healthcare markets in the country, offering world-class restaurants, culture, parks, and easy access to public transportation.
