Ready to make a meaningful impact from the very first patient touchpoint? Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse Intake Nurse Specialist to help coordinate safe, smooth, and compassionate home infusion care for patients.

What You’ll Do ????

✔️ Assess patients for home infusion therapy
✔️ Coordinate care plans, supplies, and delivery schedules
✔️ Partner with home health agencies, referral sources, and pharmacy teams
✔️ Support patient and caregiver education
✔️ Monitor progress, therapy compliance, and care needs
✔️ Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely

What You’ll Bring ????

✅ RN license in the state of practice
✅ Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's preferred (BSN).
