Job description

Intake RN- Certified Home Healthcare Agency

Located in Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $100K/year
(salary based on experience) 

Qualifications of an Intake RN :

  • Must have current New York State RN license
  • Must have at least two years of experience in a CHHA intake department
  • Must have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • HCHB experience required
  • Must have experience with Allscripts
  • Must have excellent clinical, writing and communication skills

Responsibilities of an Intake RN :

  • The Intake Manager is responsible to supervise, instruct and guide intake coordinators and auxiliary personnel in referral intake and follow-through.
  • Designs and implements efficient work processes to ensure sound communication between departments, referral sources and physicians.
