Job description

Job Summary

As a Float Pool RN, you will provide direct patient care across various Med-Surg units depending on hospital needs. You will function as a highly adaptable clinician supporting multiple teams while ensuring safe, patient-centered care.


Shift: Days or Nights (3x12s | Rotating Weekends)
Pay: Flat $43/hr + Shift Differentials


Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (FL required within 60 days if compact)
  • Minimum 1 year current acute care Med-Surg RN experience (REQUIRED)
  • MUST currently be working in Med-Surg (strict requirement)
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing


Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat Rate Pay: $43/hr (ALL experience levels)
  • Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr
  • Weekend Differential: $3/hr
