Job description

Essential Functions:

  • Technical Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries on trailer components
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations
  • Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
  • Maintain good attendance.  Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

  • Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred
