Summary Work on applications, troubleshooting service issues, and customer relations.Supportoutside salesrepresentativesand worktogethercreating adequate targets for sales gain. Work closely with Builders and Dealers to sell LNS ChipBlaster and gain market share. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Makes outboundleadfollow-upcalls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail and to qualify leads and sell products and services.Maintains and updates opportunities and visit reports in CRM.Addresses technical and business concerns of prospective or current customers.Provides product information via telephone, andemailto qualified customers on request.Emphasizes salable features, quotespricesand prepares sales order entries for orders obtained by following established procedures.Review projects and quotes with Sales Managertowin business.Estimates date of delivery tocustomers,based on knowledge oftheir ownfirm's production and delivery schedules.Works with outside sales representatives and customers to ensureaccurateprocessing and shipping of orders.Participatesin company and departmentaltrainingto support personal and departmental growth.Assistswith coordination of product manuals.Write andsubmitECNs to engineering for builds and cost.Log RGAs when an authorized machine is being returned.Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.Travels to and attends trade shows and open houses.Provides backup phone support forPartsDept.Checks that orders are correct based oninformationprovided bythe customer.Back up for order entry for AFS and HPC orders
