A national company is currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative for long-term, Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Sales Representatives that are looking for a company that offers excellent career growth, development, and competitive salaries and commissions.


Technical Sales Representatives will be working full-time, with a salary anticipated to be $80,000/year base salary, as well as generous commissions, including a guaranteed commissions for the first 12-18 months. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.


This role will be a remote position worked from a home office within the state of Michigan.


Qualified Technical Sales Representatives will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of recent/relevant experience in sales for industrial distribution or industrial service companies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of industrial sealants, lubricants, or pumping/fluid handling systems is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally within the state of Indiana is required.
  • Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
  • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
