We are working with a great client of ours to identify an HR Coordinator.

  • The HR Coordinator has a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid position assisting with administrative and HRIS tasks

Major responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • The HR Coordinator will be responsible for HRIS functions including inputting new hire data into the system, updating personnel records, and pulling reports
  • Recruitment items including job posting, applicant tracking, candidate communication, scheduling interviews
  • The HR Coordinator will handle all of the onboarding for new employees

Qualifications of the HR Coordinator:

  • Must have strong technical skills and HRIS experience
  • ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and must be detail oriented
