The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the firm's HR systems and people data. This role supports reporting, analytics, process improvement, data integrity, and system-related user support to help ensure efficient HR operations across the firm.

Requirements

Responsibilities


Maintain HRIS and related systems, including workflows, data updates, testing, and issue resolution. 

Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues, implement system enhancements, and support upgrades or integrations. 

Support updates and integrations of new HR and talent platforms or new modules, including coordinating the full sourcing, implementation, and adoption process to continuously strengthen our capabilities. 

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems. 

Produce scheduled and ad hoc Talent reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, compensation, leave, and other workforce data. 

Support Talent, Payroll, Finance, and IT with system integrations, audits, and process improvements. 

Assist with system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing efforts. 

Develop and maintain report definitions, process documentation, and user guidance materials. 

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and strengthen reporting capabilities. 

Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including sending out new hire notices, and employee departure notices. 

General Talent Strategy and Human resources team support including performance management system activities, assisting with employee open enrollment, supporting payroll processing and employee data changes as needed. 

Assist with internal inbox requests to talent strategy and human resources team. 


Qualifications 


Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. 

3+ years of HRIS or HR operations systems experience. 

Strong technical aptitude and experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and Excel. 

Proven ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
