What Youll Own
  • Lead and energize Housekeeping & Maintenance teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure spotless rooms, pristine public areas, and fully operational systems
  • Conduct detailed inspections your standards set the bar
  • Own and execute preventative maintenance programs
  • Respond quickly to issues and drive immediate solutions
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and departmental efficiency
  • Create a culture of accountability, pride, and teamwork
Technical Expertise We Need
  • CPO Certified (Certified Pool Operator) must have experience maintaining pool & hot tub operations including safety, chemical balance, and compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • HVAC / PTAC systems
    • Plumbing systems and repairs
    • General hotel maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose, fix, and prevent issues before they impact the guest experience
