Job description

Position Title: Hotel Manager
Position Summary: Under the guidance of the Regional Hotel Manager, the Hotel Manager oversees and leads all daily aspects of Hotel Operations- including Front Desk, Housekeeping, the RV Park, and Valet Services. This role is responsible for ensuring and exceptional guest experience that aligns with the resort and casino standards, maximizing room yield and occupancy, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving guest loyalty in a dynamic, gaming-adjacent hospitality environment.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
  • Direct, coordinate, and supervise daily activities across Hotel Reception, Housekeeping, RV Park management, and Valet services
  • Maintain high standards of property cleanliness, room condition, and guest service standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work with the Regional Hotel Manager to establish operational budgets, labor forecasts, and inventory controls
  • Hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, and discipline team members across all managed departments
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused work culture emphasizing high service standards and safety protocols
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time.
Salary: $45,000.00 / annually
