Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a motivated, cross-functional hotel team
  • Build accountability, teamwork, and a service-first culture across every department
  • Lead by example with a hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style

Property & Asset Management
  • Maintain the resort's appearance, upkeep, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and protection of company assets
