POSITION SUMMARY
beBright is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst II to support key initiatives across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Development, and AI-driven reporting and analytics. This cross-functional role builds the analysis and reporting that help leaders make data-driven decisions related to financial performance, organizational growth, operational efficiency, and emerging technologies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite, SQL, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or reporting technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Highly collaborative with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with annual budgets, financial forecasts, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Build and maintain financial models that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance trends and help identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership.
• Support business development through market analysis, growth modeling, due diligence, and practice acquisition analysis.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop insights that help leaders evaluate new opportunities.
• Help build metrics, KPIs, and dashboards in partnership with leadership, and support automated reporting and business intelligence.
• Support AI-related data work and perform ad hoc analyses that provide actionable insights across departments.
