As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall organization of the kitchen and the smooth running of daily operations. Your role will be to ensure a consistent food offering, tailored to our clientele, in a respectful and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Food service management Supervise, train and support the kitchen team on a daily basis To foster a respectful and stable work environment Ensuring the quality and consistency of meals served to residents Plan orders, manage inventory, and control costs Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety standards Collaborating closely with management to ensure good communication and consistent support Production : Establish and implement simple and balanced cyclical menus. Ensure that portion sizes and established recipes are followed. Preparing, cooking and serving meals, in collaboration with the kitchen team.
