The kitchen and dining room staff are under his responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS: Food and catering services management techniques (TGSA), DEP in establishment cooking or equivalent MAPAQ Hygiene and Sanitation Management Certification 5 years of experience in a community food services manager position.

Two years of experience in a senior living environment required Leadership and supervisory capacity (12 employees) Customer service orientation and respect for elders Flexibility in terms of schedules according to weekday, evening and weekend needs. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Bilingualism required Constant continuous improvement A superior sense of organization Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills Leadership and teamwork Good judgment Flexibility, dynamism and rigorous discipline Ensure tasty production and appetizing presentation of dishes.
