Principales responsabilités:

Relevant de la Directrice ressources humaines, vous aurez l’opportunité de :
• Gérer les demandes quotidiennes de support RH pour les groupes clients attitrés, établir des diagnostics et proposer des stratégies intégrées de gestion RH alignées avec les opérations et les objectifs d’entreprise;
• Assurer la gestion et l'encadrement de deux conseillers en acquisition de talents;
• Être impliqué dans la transformation organisationnelle en raison de la croissance rapide de l’entreprise en anticipant les enjeux et en proposant des actions concrètes favorisant l’adhésion aux changements;
• Exercer un rôle actif quant à l’intégration de nouveaux employés et expérience employé;
• Prendre en charge divers projets RH;
• Implication quant au volet du développement organisationnel, recrutement;
• Implication dans la préparation des activités sociales de l’entreprise;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Profil recherché:

Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou tous autres domaines connexes;
Minimum 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en tant que Conseiller(ère) ressources humaines;
Maîtrise de Word, Excel, Power Point;
Orienté vers l’action et les résultats;
Autonomie, initiative et sens de l’organisation;
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit;
Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs dossiers stratégiques simultanément dans un environnement à croissance rapide.
