J.A. ROBY, entreprise manufacturière d’appareils de chauffage, est à la recherche d'un Chef d'équipe – Monteur-Assembleur Finisseur pour se joindre à son équipe de production.

Votre rôle

  • Participer au montage, sablage, assemblage et à l’inspection des appareils.
  • Superviser et mobiliser une équipe de monteurs-assembleurs et finisseurs.
  • Assurer le respect des standards de qualité, de sécurité et de productivité.
  • Former et accompagner les employés dans leur développement.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de travail.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en milieu manufacturier.
  • Expérience en supervision ou coordination d'équipe.
