Job description

Ernie’s Auto Body is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for immediate availability. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, friendly, detail oriented, and has a willingness to learn. This position includes: handling incoming phone calls, greeting customers, billing for rental vehicles, updating customers throughout the repair process, and managing the shop training schedule. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
