DIVE INTO YOUR DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As our full-time Customer Service Rep, you will be the welcoming voice and heartbeat of our team. Every day, you'll answer incoming calls with a friendly demeanor, schedule HVAC and plumbing service requests, and ensure customer data is meticulously entered into our CRM. You'll perform outbound calls to schedule maintenance, handle light bookkeeping, and manage leads from multiple channels. Beyond the desk, you'll gracefully tackle tough personalities, promote service agreements, and schedule estimates for equipment replacements. Your calm, confident approach will ensure our customers feel valued and heard while keeping our HVAC and plumbing operations running smoothly.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with technology and software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on time
  • Excellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completion
  • Coachable and curious about the plumbing and HVAC industry with a natural desire to learn new things
  • A sense of urgency, impeccable follow-through skills, great attention to detail, and highly organized
  • A calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers
  • A self-starter who quickly finishes tasks

Preferred but not required:

  • Outbounding experience
  • Experience working with a plumbing, HVAC, or another trade company
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan software
  • Competitive spirit that pursues winning with a passion
