Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests promptly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments, meeting rooms, and schedules.
  • Maintain and update front office records and databases accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
