Piper Companies is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to support an outpatient care center in Fort Worth, Texas . This individual will support the organization on a temporary basis while covering for a team member on leave. This role is ideal for a professional with medical office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional patient and administrative support.
Responsibilities of the Front Office Coordinator:
โ€ข Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff in a professional and courteous manner.
โ€ข Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
โ€ข Answer and direct incoming phone calls while responding to patient inquiries.
โ€ข Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communications.
โ€ข Maintain accurate patient records, process forms, documentation, and correspondence while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
โ€ข Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry.
โ€ข Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications of the Front Office Coordinator:
