What is a front office coordinator?

Front Office Coordinators are professionals responsible for managing the front desk operations of an organization. They greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. They often serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area. In addition, they may assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between staff and clients.
