OFFICE HOURS: M: 8:45am -5:00pm
T/W/TH: 7:45am huddle - 5:00pm
F: 6:45am huddle - 2:00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION: Front Office with Float to the back office when needed. Primary responsibility to keep the flow of the patients going. Duties include greeting patients, seating patients, telephones, schedule ppointments,and backup Insurance Coordinator. Back office duties include sterilzing, light assisting, digital x-rays (Dexis) and eventual backup on Treatment Coordinating.
QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE: Good "situational awareness" Excellent customer service and telephone skills, able to multi-task, well organized, punctual, responsible, great listener, open to learning and growing , professional, team player, self-motivated, self-starter, selfless, anticipate the needs of others (both team member and patients), passionable about dentistry. Takes great x-rays. Comfortable in paperless office.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years dental preferred, Dentrix extremely preferred RDA preferred.
Pay Range Min: 22.00 Pay Range Max: 28.00
