Front Office Staff

Full-Time

Work hours for position:

Week 1: Monday -Thursday w/ alternating Monday's and Friday's 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Week 2 Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Keystone Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time Front Office Staff to join the team.

Candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling, verifying insurance, updating demographics, collecting payments, answering telephones, and checking patients in and out. Must be willing to accept challenges in a fast-paced practice. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred.

Bilingual skills a plus.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels with time management, and values being a team player.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
