Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily dental office operations and patient support services

* Present and explain treatment plans and payment options

* Coordinate appointments, referrals, scheduling, and patient communications

* Resolve patient concerns while ensuring excellent customer service

* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

* Ensure the office remains professional, efficient, and patient-focused

* Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

* Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required

* 2+ years of treatment coordination and dental insurance experience (PPO, HMO, indemnity, and government plans)

* Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

* Proficient with computers and standard office equipment

* High school diploma or GED required

* Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

* Experience with dental insurance is required
