Job description

The Larson Group Peterbiltis looking for an experiencedService Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Service Clerk's primarily responsibility is to assist the Service Department in all clerical and office functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Service Manager, Service Writer, and Service Foreman in all clerical duties.
  • Ensures all work orders are completed, billed, and filed within 15 days of being opened or 5 days after being completed.
  • Works with the Service Manager and Service Writers to maintain desired GPM set by management.
  • Maintains the Service Department's office area in a professional and organized manner.
  • Assists with answering phones as needed.
  • Performs follow up calls to customers consistently.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Should possess a High School diploma.
  • Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
