Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support an attorney. This role is integral to the smooth operation of both professional and administrative matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable managing a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Duties

  • Support personal tasks including personal errands, appointment scheduling, and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Manage and maintain detailed calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Provide executive administrative support including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, transcribing notes, and preparing reports with accuracy.
  • Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, organizing resources, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle office management responsibilities such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized office supplies and records.
  • Assist with event planning for corporate meetings, conferences, or special events from logistics to execution.
