We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager provides comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and effective management of daily business activities. This role serves as a key liaison between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

In addition to executive support responsibilities, the position oversees office management functions, including procuring office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships, scheduling building inspections, and ensuring office cleanliness and operational readiness. The Executive Assistant & Office Manager plays a critical role in fostering an organized, productive, and professional work environment that supports organizational success.

This position requires work in our Charlotte, NC office with a minimum of two days per week and as needed to handle building maintenance requests.
