Busy Subaru Dealership is looking for a highly motivated employee

  • Assistant Office Managers will assist in general office duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Assistant Office Managers will provide support to the sales and service staff, as needed.
  • Assistant Office Managers will be responsible for filing daily paperwork within the dealership as needed and keeping records in order.
  • Reviewing accounting schedules, and working with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies.
  • Insure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times.
  • Perform bank, floor plan, holdback, and other account reconcilements.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Must have prior automotive office experience.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
