About the job Executive Assistant to Account Management Team
H&R Healthcare, a leading Healthcare Equipment provider with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our external Regional Account Management team. Position will assist a team of 7-10 Managers covering multiple states. Candidate must be a self-motivated and energetic individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to customers to assist Account Management Team with providing information and scheduling appointments
  • Assist in keeping all customer contact information up to date
  • Preparing correspondence and emails to ensure professional clear communication and effective messaging
  • Work independently with guidance from sales staff and upper management
  • Provide Account Managers and customers with reports, pricing, contracts and other necessary sales and product information
  • Assist with shows and follow-up on leads from events
  • Travel assistance
  • Assist upper management with special projects
  • Becoming an integral part of our sales team working to expand our customer base
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience at an Executive Assistant level
  • Self Motivated
  • Highly organized
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Sales Force is preferred
