Job description

Working with an extremely exciting firm to hire a contract Executive Assistant! My client has an incredibly beautiful, friendly, and inclusive office! They are extremely big on culture and lead with their values.


This is a contract Executive Assistant role from Mid July through January 2027! You will support 2 C-Level Executives. Onsite 3X a week in the West Loop.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Travel coordination and expense reporting
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives


Qualifications

  • Google Suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
