Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 1 year contract initially
Description
Company is looking for a Contract Executive Assistant who can provide high-level, comprehensive administrative support to multiple Executives within the Product Organization. In addition, they will have the presence, sense of urgency and superb organizational skills to work with other EAs to support the whole R&D team of Company. Due to the nature of this role, this individual is expected to engage with senior executives, on a global basis, both inside and outside of Company. The ideal candidate possesses not only deep experience in administrative support but also pays the highest attention to detail and can anticipate the needs of an in-demand executive. They have a passion for helping others with a flexible, get it done attitude.
Your Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendees
  • Manage complicated travel schedules, expense reconciliation and budget spend
  • Plan and coordinate a schedule of international and domestic, and business travel
  • Complete projects in an efficient manner; be detail-oriented and focused
  • Plan and coordinate team events; stay within budget and policies
  • Plan and coordinate team All Hands and Leadership meetings

Your Skills
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle diverse situations, take direction, and follow through in a highly complex environment
  • Experience in successfully managing complex Google calendars and meeting schedules
  • Work and function independently with a high degree of integrity
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times - Work well in a team environment and assist others in the department and cross-functionally

Your Experience
  • A minimum of 5+ years' work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting and/or reporting to an Executive
  • Ability to remain flexible and positive in a dynamic and fast paced environment that spans multiple time zones
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to convey a professional image, as well as, effectively represent the organization as appropriate in its relationship with both internal and external constituents
  • Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and possesses the ability to address multiples priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
