Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer
SpinCo is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This individual will be a trusted partner and extension of the CHRO, helping drive priorities, manage complexity, and ensure the People & Culture organization operates with speed and excellence.
This is more than a traditional executive support role. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, exceptionally organized, technology-forward, and comfortable operating with senior executives and Board members. The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they arise, exercises excellent judgment, and uses AI, automation, and technology to make work simpler and more effective.
As SpinCo builds a standalone public company, this person will have a unique opportunity to help shape how the CHRO office and People & Culture leadership team operate.
What You'll Do
Partner to the CHRO
  • Own and strategically manage the CHRO's complex global calendar, travel, meetings, and priorities.
  • Anticipate needs, identify conflicts, and proactively solve problems before they reach the CHRO.
  • Ensure the CHRO is prepared for executive, Board, leadership, and key stakeholder meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted connector between the CHRO, Executive Leadership Team, Board, and People & Culture organization.
  • Handle highly confidential executive, employee, compensation, and organizational matters with exceptional discretion.

Drive Leadership Team Effectiveness
  • Manage the operating rhythm of the People & Culture Leadership Team, including agendas, meetings, decisions, actions, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate leadership offsites, talent and succession reviews, strategic planning sessions, and other critical people processes.
  • Keep priorities moving by tracking commitments, deadlines, and deliverables across the leadership team.
  • Partner with HR leaders to improve communication, coordination, and execution.

Use AI & Technology to Make Us Better
  • Actively leverage AI, intelligent agents, automation, and digital tools to simplify work and improve productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and create smarter workflows.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other emerging technologies to improve meeting preparation, information management, communications, and follow-up.
  • Help champion new AI-enabled ways of working across the People & Culture organization.

Manage Strategic Projects & Communications
  • Lead or coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CHRO.
  • Track key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions across multiple priorities.
  • Support preparation of executive and Board presentations, leadership communications, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with Finance, Legal, Communications, and other executive functions.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
  • A highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate what is needed rather than wait for direction.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence interacting with senior executives and Board members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Strong project management and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology-forward mindset with demonstrated use of AI, automation, and modern productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting a CHRO, CEO, or other C-suite executive.
  • Experience in a public company, global organization, or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Board and Compensation Committee processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and Board management platforms.

How You'll Show Up
You are someone who:
  • Anticipates rather than reacts.
  • Makes the executive you support more effective.
  • Has exceptional judgment and knows when to act independently and when to escalate.
  • Creates order, clarity, and momentum in a fast-moving environment.
  • Builds trusted relationships at every level of the organization.
  • Is curious about technology and constantly looks for a better way to work.
  • Takes ownership and follows through relentlessly.
  • Remains calm, polished, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Understands that no task is too small when it helps the team succeed.
  • Brings positive energy, humility, and a strong service mindset to the role.
