A later stage AI company - backed by top-tier institutional investors, and cash-flow positive - is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted, strategic partner to its Founder and CEO.

This is a true founder at heart, deeply invested in the company they built. This is a highly visible, high-trust role at the center of a scaling organization. Day-to-Day Provide dedicated support to the Founder, managing a complex and ever-evolving calendar, scheduling priorities, and strategic time management.

Own inbox management, helping prioritize communications, draft responses, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through. Serve as a strategic thought partner by helping organize priorities, prepare for meetings, and drive accountability across key initiatives. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents to keep the Founder informed and prepared. Leverage technology, productivity tools, and AI-driven resources to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and the Founder's PA to ensure seamless coverage across professional and personal priorities.

Proven ability to partner with high-profile, high-visibility executives and navigate rapidly changing priorities. Quick, sharp, and highly responsive - comfortable operating with autonomy at speed.
