LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a private investment office in downtown Chicago, seeking an Executive Assistant to Chairmanto provide exceptional support to a busy executive and ultra high networth individual. Executive Assistant to Chairman Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate an intricate and ever-changing calendar, including business meetings, personal appointments, social engagements, and family commitments.
  • Prioritize competing demands while ensuring optimal use of the principal's time.
  • Coordinate meetings with senior executives, advisors, investors, family offices, and external partners.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, commercial flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Manage travel-related documentation, visas, passports, and special accommodations.
  • Remain available to address travel changes and urgent needs as they arise.
  • Coordinate personal appointments, events, and household-related matters.
  • Liaise with household staff, property managers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist with personal projects, special requests, gifting, and family-related activities.
  • Manage multiple residences and oversee various administrative aspects of property ownership.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact on behalf of the principal.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and other communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, advisors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Support special projects, business initiatives, investments, philanthropic activities, and personal ventures.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as needed.

Executive Assistant to Chairman Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of professional work experience; minimum 5 years supporting senior executives
  • Experience in a family office environment is a plus
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong technology skills (Apple, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teams; Concur a plus)
  • Confident, poised, and professional communicator
