Job description

NCV Telecom is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Executive Assistant with bookkeeping experience to support daily business operations and executive management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities while maintaining accurate financial records.

This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the discretion to manage confidential information.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to executive management
  • Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and company documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with payroll preparation and bookkeeping tasks
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff
  • Support daily office operations and special projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
