About the Job

We are a rapidly growing company, looking for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, some experience with finance or bookkeeping, and a willingness to take on new challenges on a daily basis.

Responsibilities will include

Cash Management

· Process checks, transfers, and wires as needed for personal and business expenses

· Manage charity requests and receipts and track accordingly

· Monitor personal bank accounts activity

Financial Recordkeeping

· Reconcile bank and investment accounts monthly

· Track investments, loans, and other financial activity in both spreadsheets and personal accounting software (Quicken, Quickbooks, or other tbd)

· Work on personal financial statement semi-annually. Gather information and compile with financial team.

Research, analyze and summarize various topics upon request

Special projects for the principals and the rest of the executive team. For example, depending on skill set you may:

- Assist the office manager with tracking/follow up for technology requests and troubleshooting,

- Help our in-house attorneys with legal paperwork including applications, certifications, LLC renewals

- Assist with general office organization

Qualities

The ideal candidate:

- Is extremely professional with a great attitude

- Has experienced in cash management or bookkeeping

- Excellent communication skills

- Organized and able to maintain detailed files

- Flexible, and enjoys taking on different tasks of all types
