Executive Assistant

First Pointe Management Group a privately owned property management company that values creativity and rewards innovation. We are seeking a highly dynamic Executive Assistant to support multiple senior C-level executives.

You will be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a perfect role for a tech-savvy candidate, emphasizing digital skills and adaptability.

What You Will Do

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members by managing complex calendars; coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications; arranging travel; handling a high volume of correspondence; and assisting with annual budget preparation. Will plan large company events. This position will include light bookkeeping duties. A valid driver's license is required, along with the willingness to use a personal vehicle for local errands. This role also requires sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.

The salary range for this position is $43.50-48.50/per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to mileage reimbursement and paid travel time for local errands. What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and power point. Must be tech savvy. Experience in QuickBooks a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with owners and supervisors.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
