Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and energetic Program Manager to support our automotive account on various events. This person will independently manage small programs or parts of larger programs ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.

Accountabilities:

Client Management

  • Assume accountability for defined client deliverables, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely way
  • Provide clear communications to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs
  • Update status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items, ensuring all deadlines are met

Project Delivery

  • Assist in identifying new opportunities, evaluating opportunities, negotiating the best deal for our client, executing the events, and ensuring that a results summary is complete
  • Provide seamless onsite execution
  • Ensure project/program is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlessly
  • Schedule regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met

Budget Management

  • Assist in managing project budget
  • Oversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments
  • Assist in reconciling costs against budget

Creative Management

  • Ensure that the highest possible quality is delivered
  • Ensure that the client need is solved by the project deliverables
  • Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients

  • Flawless delivery of client commitments

What we require:

  • 4 plus years of event/experiential marketing experience required including some agency experience
  • Must be detail oriented and able to simultaneously manage projects
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in planning events and developing/giving presentations required
  • Auto industry experience a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 20-30%
  • Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, organizational sophistication, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence
