Role Summary:
The National Events & Education Program Manager is the operational engine behind Keune North America's education and events strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring that education and event experiences-whether in-salon, virtual, or national - are executed with excellence, consistency, and care.
This individual oversees national events, systems, and educator coordination, translating vision into execution. They bring structure to complexity, clarity to communication, and precision to every detail, ensuring that the Keune standard is felt in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
National Event Leadership
โ€ข Lead end-to-end planning and execution of national education events
โ€ข Own timelines, logistics, and operational readiness from concept to completion
โ€ข Ensure event environment reflects Keune's premium brand standards
โ€ข Coordinate venue, vendors, materials, and on-site execution
โ€ข Serve as a key operational leader during live events
Education Systems & Infrastructure
โ€ข Own EMS (Education Management System) accuracy and integrity
โ€ข Maintain educator calendars, bookings, and class tracking
โ€ข Ensure visibility of education activity across the organization
โ€ข Support reporting, tracking, and performance insights
โ€ข Help build scalable systems that support long-term growth
Educator Experience & Coordination
โ€ข Act as a central point of coordination for educator logistics and communication
โ€ข Support onboarding, scheduling, and alignment of educator assignments
โ€ข Ensure educators are supported, and set up for success
โ€ข Reinforce consistency in communication, expectations, and experience
Content & Asset Stewardship
โ€ข Maintain organization and accessibility of education assets (SharePoint, decks, tools)
โ€ข Ensure all materials are current, aligned, and easy to access
โ€ข Support preparation and distribution of content for events and training

Cross-Functional Partnership

Experience & Background:
โ€ข 3 years in event coordination, education operations, or similar role
โ€ข Experience with scheduling systems, project management tools, or EMS platforms

โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
Physical Requirements:
โ€ข Regularity lift, transport and set up product, banners, signs, etc. for events. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
โ€ข Setting up and tearing down the venue sites.
โ€ข Ability to travel and fulfill the demands of regional travel schedules is required which is approximately 25% - 30%.
โ€ข Required to be ambulatory to move around freely between buildings, and between levels within buildings
โ€ข While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals associated with office work
โ€ข The noise level in the work environment is usually normal.
