Job description

Events are how Duetto shows up in the world - and this role is at the center of making that happen. As our Events Manager, you'll own the details that bring Duetto's global events program to life: from our annual thought leadership summit, Perform, to industry trade shows, to internal offsites. You'll work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver experiences that feel warm, on-brand, and genuinely impactful - for our team and our customers.

What makes us different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System - a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability.

Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI - and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What you'll be doing

  • Play an integral logistical role for Perform, Duetto's annual thought leadership summit - managing registration, attendee communications, RSVPs, housing, and on-site check-in from start to finish
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal team meetings and offsites, including timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, and cross-functional workflows
  • Support Duetto's presence at trade shows and B2B conferences - handling booth logistics, shipping, inventory, setup, teardown, and on-site execution
  • Bring creative thinking to attendee experiences, event theming, signage, activations, and branded moments that reflect Duetto's culture and energy
  • Track event performance across KPIs including attendance, leads generated, and engagement metrics; own post-event recaps and CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Be the warm, organized presence on-site that makes every attendee and stakeholder feel welcomed - and be the person who notices when something needs fixing before anyone else does

What we're looking for

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
  • A proactive communication style - you pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and follow through without being asked twice
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple events simultaneously across different stages of planning
  • High attention to detail and experience working with timelines, trackers, and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote, globally distributed environment
  • This role can be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Spain. Given the cross-functional collaboration involved, candidates able to work primarily within Eastern Time Zone hours are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and event registration platforms

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience supporting trade shows, industry conferences, or executive summits
  • Background in hotel operations or the revenue management/hospitality tech space
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Claude, or webinar platforms

Why Duetto?

  • You'll work on a global events program that spans a flagship annual summit, major industry trade shows, and internal gatherings - real variety, real ownership
  • Hospitality is genuinely in our DNA. We were founded by hotel industry veterans, and that warmth and service-orientation shapes how we work and how we show up for each other
  • AI is how we work - not just something we sell. You'll have access to AI tools (including Claude) to help you work smarter, move faster, and bring more creative thinking to every event
  • We've been named the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025 - and we take that seriously
  • You'll collaborate with teammates across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success who are invested in making events great and will treat you as a true partner

Sound like you?

We know not every great candidate checks every box - if this role excites you and you bring a genuine passion for events and hospitality, we'd love to hear from you. Apply and tell us what makes you the right person to help Duetto show up at its best.
