Events Assistant

We are seeking an Events Promotions Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for increasing market awareness for a nationally renowned ACA healthcare program that provides free premium healthcare for Florida residents who qualify.

Events Assistant Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  2. Track and identify areas of improvement
  3. Present and sell *free* insurance policies to new customers
  4. Guide customers through a quick and easy application process
  5. Handle high volume of sales on a day to day basis

Events Assistant Qualifications:

  1. Strong negotiation skills
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Ability to prioritize and multitask
  4. Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
  5. Must be 18 or older
  6. Previous experience in insurance, sales, healthcare or other related fields
  7. Health insurance agent license is a plus but not required
  8. Able to commute on a daily basis
  9. Can commit to a full time schedule as soon as possible
  10. Ability to build rapport with clients
