Job description

Overview:

Responsible for all aspects involved in the coordination and execution of all special events and promotions; administer all point of sale, neons and promotional products by receiving inventorying, organizing and distributing on a timely manner. Comply with company guidelines regarding neon repair. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

Special Events Associate

  • Coordination and execution of special events, promotions, community events in a timely and professional manner, to include but not limited to: attending all meetings required for event planning, organizing equipment and supplies such as ice, balloons, POS, etc, scheduling staffing, set up, break down and clean up, and all corresponding paperwork associated with the event such as proposals, checklists, check requests, event summaries and budget analysis.
  • All paperwork, including the event recap, which should break down all products sold by package as well as cost analysis, and payroll summary, must be completed no later than Monday
  • Invoice special events through proper company channels and collect payment within IO days
  • Review budget and staffing with Market Manager prior to event.
  • Daily agenda and call report must be completed accurately and in detail for monthly review by Market Manager.
  • Research Beverage Activity report for all one-, two- and three-day permits.
  • Inventory and clean equipment which includes but is not limited to trucks, cold plates, CO2 tanks, tubs, troughs and cups.
  • Ensure that all trailers are in working condition prior to the event and that Vehicle Inspections are completed in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Unload and reconcile all inventory, clean lines and trailer after each event.
  • Responsible for inventory management of all POS materials-identify stock voids and opportunities, budget, order and track following company guidelines (in compliance with Anheuser-Busch equity agreement), utilizing internal POS tracking software.
  • Maintain the permanent paper and ppg rooms to ensure organization and cleanliness to company standards.
  • Ensure all permanent POS orders are printed daily and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Repair Neon's in compliance with Suncoast Beverage Sales and Safety compliance standards.
  • Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Any other task as requested by management affiliated with the position.

  • Detail oriented, creative, organized multi-tasker

  • Knowledge of draught equipment and installation tools
  • Physical ability to complete all job tasks-must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds with continuous lifting up to to 162 pounds
