Job description

Stovall House Programming Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Programming Manager with planning and executing all programming events.
  • Coordinate event logistics and communication to ensure smooth, on-site execution.
  • Create and update event content and materials with Piper & Co. Creative Studio.
  • Oversee weekly email to all members promoting upcoming programming events.
  • Write and maintain BEOs in TripleSeat.
  • Build event layouts in Social Tables and update details in TripleSeat.
  • Support event set-ups and breakdowns with the event staff team.
  • Ensure all member interactions are professional, personal, and seamless.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
  • Familiarity with NorthStar, TripleSeat and Social Tables a plus (training provided).
