Come join the team at STIR as a Event Coordinator!

Stir Raleigh is now looking for a Group Sales & Event Coordinator to join our team. Must have 1 - 2 years experience in catering sales.

The Event Coordinator responsibilities include:

Group Sales & Off-Premise Catering 
Manage all incoming inquiries through the use of Tripleseat 

  •  Respond to all messages & group request within 24 hours 
  •  Ensure all inquiries are entered into Tripleseat 
  • Train & assist FOH for call or email inquiries 
  • Manage and execute group events 
  • Follow playbook on table and/or room setup 
  • Ensure all events or catering opportunities are underwritten according to budget 

•    Grow group sales revenue with soliciting new group events with actively networking 
•    Grow off site Catering
•    Manage and execute group events with price, budget, and communicate to restaurant management to approve
•    Pre and post follow up with guests
•    Maintain calendar bookings as well as follow playbook on table/room set up to ensure it is brand appropriate.
•    Ensure all events and catering opportunities are underwritten according to budget
