Marketing & Events Director

This role can befull-time, part-time, or internship-based, depending on experience and availability.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Events Director is the face of our restaurant in the community. You will lead local marketing efforts, coordinate store and community events, build partnerships with schools and businesses, and create campaigns that drive traffic and increase check average - all while strengthening relationships with our guests and team.

If full-time, this role will also support Operations as needed to maintain connection with day-to-day restaurant flow.


What You'll DoCommunity Engagement
  • Build relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations
  • Actively solicit catering and business opportunities
  • Represent the restaurant at community events
  • Coordinate spirit nights and partnership events
  • Take the Chick-fil-A Cow to local appearances and special events
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan and execute in-store events (Family Nights, Kids Events, Holiday Events, etc.)
  • Coordinate community pop-ups and brand activations
  • Manage event calendars and promotional timelines
  • Oversee decorations and store atmosphere for seasonal campaigns
Marketing & Promotions
  • Create creative contests and promotions to increase check average
  • Maintain point-of-purchase materials and promotional displays
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials
  • Assist with social media content creation and campaign ideas
  • Track results and measure campaign effectiveness
Team & Guest Experience
  • Build camaraderie and excitement among the team
  • Help create a culture that feels fun, energetic, and welcoming
  • Be a visible, enthusiastic presence in the restaurant
