What you will do in this role
The Manager, Events & Fort 940 Experience will serve as the steward of the Fort 940 experience, ensuring the facility remains Operational, Optimized and Presentable for our team of SuCitta Warriors and external guests at all times. This role will report to the Senior Director, Communications.
Responsibilities
Fort 940 Office Experience
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of all Fort 940 spaces to ensure conference rooms and gathering areas are clean, properly staged and ready for meetings and day-to-day use.
  • Oversee the experience of all Fort 940 amenity spaces; Holos Bodyworks, Amplify Beauty, Beans & Berries & Hoplite Collective.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests and ensure a premium and memorable experience.
  • Responsible for the ownership and oversight of facility contracts, warranties, service agreements, and renewal dates.
  • Assist with office layout planning. Example - Phase II, War Room re-design, etc
  • Responsible for the direct supervision of Office Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator & Receptionist.

Event Management & Hospitality
  • Responsible for the ownership, management and logistical coordination of all Fort 940 Social and Holiday events including Company Wide Meeting and special hospitality experiences.
  • Execute event timelines and schedules, including pre-event planning through day-of execution, and post event follow-up.
  • Responsible for holiday dรฉcor ordering and management of installation.
  • Communicate event details to SuCitta Warriors through various platforms and ensure accurate headcount data as needed.
  • Responsible for the setup and breakdown of all Fort 940 spaces, ensuring seamless transitions and smooth operations.
  • Coordinate catering, lodging, transportation, and other logistical needs for visitors, customer meetings, and company events.
  • Manage event budget and ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of expenses.
  • Coordinate with CommZ regarding event support as it relates to branding and graphic design needs.
  • Responsible for tours of Fort 940 for guests as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, events or office administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point required.
  • Ability to lift and move office equipment; including chairs, tables, boxes, etc.
