Entry-Level Tech Support Associate (Career Launch Role)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (100% In-Office)

Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is hiring Entry-Level Tech Support Associates to join their Scottsdale team. This is a true career launch role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Many team members start in this role and quickly move into new positions across the organization.


About the Role

As part of the Tech Support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for merchants, helping solve real-world problems and delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll gain practical skills in communication, problem-solving, and technology while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


This role is perfect for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to build a strong professional foundation.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from merchants and provide friendly, solution-focused support
  • Troubleshoot account and technical issues while managing support tickets
  • Use an internal CRM system to track and document cases
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while actively listening to merchant needs
  • Learn new tools, systems, and processes in a dynamic environment


Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay: $17-$18/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00am–5:00pm + 1-hour lunch
  • Bonus: Year-end performance-based bonus
