Duties
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, and research to identify top talent.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to organize candidate data and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Conduct initial phone and in person screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and well-informed about company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs, develop job postings and extend employment offers.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams through relationship management strategies
  • Conduct follow-up communications with new employees to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in developing training & development programs for new employees and support succession planning efforts within the organization.
  • Rsearch industry trends and best practices for recruiting
Qualifications
  • Previous recruitment or relevant internship experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively for placement
  • Basic understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools for sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
