Job description

Pay Grade: 2 - $45,258 - $55,129 (this salary reflects working a 40 hour per week schedule)
Classifications: Regular, Part-time, Exempt, Non-Ministerial, Domestic, Non-Missionary
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active membership in an Every Nation church
  • Manage HRIS system access and security, ensuring employee data remains accurate, confidential, and up to date
  • Partners with departments to undertand their needs and provide practical HRIS tools, reports, and dashboards that improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions
  • Provide basic HRIS training, and user support to ensure staff can confidently utilize available systems
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues, resolve routine problems, and escalate complex technical concerns as needed
  • Identify and implement recommended HRIS process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall goals of the HR department and organization

Minimum Qualifying Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Computer Science preferred

Minimum Qualifying Experience
  • Two years experience facilitating data administration and/or HRIS management preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for cross-department collaboration and staff support
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, including ability to manage training logistics, schedules, and materials
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to troubleshoot data issues
