Cherry Hill law firm is seeking to fill a full-time clerical position to join our busy practice in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is an In-Person position, not remote.

What You'll Do

Duties Include:

  • Maintaining file room.
  • Pulling and restocking files for attorney(s).
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Copying and scanning documents as required.
  • Posting of mail using a computerized mail system.

Experience:

  • This is an entry level position with room to grow.

  • Prior office experience is required.

Skills & Education:

  • Organization skills.
  • High School Diploma required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related and filing tasks.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move files, file boxes, office supplies, and other materials.
  • Ability to safely handle and transport large or bulky files and file boxes as needed.
