File Clerk position available! Great entry level position for anyone interested in learning more about the legal field.

Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele is seeking a file clerk for our Marietta, GA office. Previous Microsoft office and filing experience is preferred, but training is provided for this position. We are looking for someone reliable and motivated who also has great communication skills and is eager to learn.

Full-time, benefits-eligible position. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

File clerk duties include:

  • Data entry using Excel***
  • Sorting, organizing, and filing hard copies and original documents
  • Responding to emails and requests of your Legal Assistant and Attorneys
  • Stock breakrooms and convenience copy rooms with supplies
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Receptionist/front desk
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

Candidates must have the ability to push, pull, lift and move up to 25lbs.
